4 weeks worth of healthy recipes balance throughout the month to accommodate the Canadian Food Guide recommendations for your family. Includes healthy recipes, nutrition information, and a weekly grocery list to make your life easy!  


Meal Plan 2

The customized meal planning package is one where I would meet with you to discuss food preferences, budgeting needs, cooking skill level, and answer any and all questions you have. I have over 250 recipes to choose from and discuss. I would be able to develop this meal plan to suit any special requests dietary needs.
